Mark Murphy founded Premier Physical Therapy of the Upstate, LLC in 2003. After working in a variety of settings from large hospitals to smaller outpatient clinics, Mark realized that patients in pain deserve better treatment. When referred to therapy by their doctor, people are not only in pain but also apprehensive about starting therapy on an area that is so painful. It is a difficult time for most people.
That is why a comfortable, caring, and gentle setting and staff are so important. We are here to make sure everyone is treated like a person and not a number. Each patient will be treated by the same therapist at each visit, not by assistants or multiple therapists. Our goal is to make therapy enjoyable and as easy as possible. That’s why we are open from 7:00 in the morning until 7:00 in the evening - so you won’t miss work, school meetings or your kid’s soccer games. We are here to help you feel better fast.
